- name and job title, and the name of the organization you work for
- contact information including email address, phone numbers and organization address
- demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests
- other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers
What we do with the information we gather
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:
- Internal record keeping – such as programme attendance, review of projects and contracts, payments
- We may use the information to improve our products and services by asking your opinion
- We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting or useful using the email address which you have provided.
- From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may use the information to customise the website according to your – and others’ interests.

If there is a business need for you to share the data of your supporters with us our contract will contain a data sharing agreement. Where appropriate a privacy impact assessment will be completed.
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Whilst highly unlikely, if we believe there has been a breach of our data security we will inform you.

Beneficial Fundraising was established in 2016 by Kate Hogg, who remains our Director. Our purpose is to provide charities of all shapes and sizes fundraising consultancy services in all aspects of high value fundraising.
